Build and scale a strong partner ecosystem that drives sustainable growth across the APAC region.

Role Overview

As the first Partner Manager in APAC, you will own the regional partner strategy end-to-end - from identifying and recruiting partners such as system integrators and consulting firms, to enabling them and co-selling to drive revenue. You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating closely with global Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the APAC partner strategy, including target markets, partner profiles, and recruitment and revenue goals
  • Identify, qualify, and onboard new partners with the right knowledge, tools, and resources
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners, providing training, product enablement, and co-selling support
  • Work closely with partners on joint sales opportunities from lead generation through deal closure and deal registration
  • Run regular business reviews and track partner performance against shared goals
  • Optimize plans continuously to maximize regional growth

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the APAC technology market, including cultural and business nuances across key countries
  • Strong background in partner management, channel sales, or related roles within a software company
  • Proven ability to build revenue-generating partner ecosystems
  • Experience developing regional strategy and executing it independently
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to prioritize efforts and set goals based on market insights
  • Clear communicator across time zones with strong collaboration skills
  • Nice to have: familiarity with data analytics or data science; additional languages such as Japanese or Mandarin
