Performance-driven: You bring hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.

Analytical: You think beyond standard KPIs, using website behavior, conversion data, and attribution insights to guide decisions.

Detail-oriented: You manage budgets, targeting, and campaign structures with precision and care.

Experiment-driven: You continuously test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve performance.

Collaborative: You work closely with marketing, data, and operations teams to align paid media with broader campaign goals.

Campaign execution: Translate product positioning and audience insights into high-performing paid campaigns across key platforms.
