Who you are

Experience: You’ve worked in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles in SaaS, data, or technology environments.

Strategic mindset: You understand how to prioritize accounts, identify growth opportunities, and build structured plans, whether across large enterprises or focused mid-market territories.

Relationship builder: You create trust across stakeholders, from practitioners to senior decision-makers, and know how to navigate complex organizations.

Process-driven: You bring discipline to pipeline generation, deal progression, and forecasting, with a clear focus on outcomes and accountability.

Value-focused: You connect customer challenges to business impact and translate solutions into measurable value.

Collaborative: You work closely with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and partners to drive customer success and expansion.

That's the job

Account growth: Build and execute account or territory plans to generate pipeline and drive expansion across existing and new customers.

Deal execution: Lead opportunities from discovery to close with clear structure, aligning value, managing stakeholders, and ensuring consistent progress.

Customer engagement: Develop multi-threaded relationships and engage key stakeholders to support long-term success and growth.

Expansion focus: Identify and develop opportunities for broader adoption, new use cases, and long-term partnerships.

Forecasting: Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast visibility, ensuring predictable revenue and disciplined execution.

Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and partners to deliver value and create seamless customer experiences.
